Ever feel like no matter what you do it’s just not enough?

You give it your all…and more! Yet, your life isn’t the way you wish it would be.

Maybe your work/business situation isn’t what you want, or your children have problems/issues that are beyond your help, or your partnership (or lack of one) feels like an aching void, or someone you love dies, or your health seems out of your hands, or you have anxiety that you can’t seem to quiet or… (Fill in the blank).

When you’ve been trying and trying to figure out what to do and nothing seems to be helping and you really want to know what to do, then stop doing! Otherwise, you may find yourself caught up in a vicious cycle of judging yourself, and coupled with your existing problem, will only re-aggravate your situation.

Of course we want to know what to do!

But…Not doing may be just what we need to be doing. Sometimes taking no-action is the best action (at least not taking any physical action, spiritual action is always helpful).

There comes a point when Letting GO is enough!

Today while working with an anguished client, who has been trying to settle a business dispute for several months, I told her that no amount of pushing her Will is going to resolve the issue; it’s time to let it go, and give it to the Divine.

If you are like the client I worked with today and you’re an action oriented person, reassure yourself that letting go is your action and it’s enough!

To Let Go:

  • See your problem/issue in a bubble.
  • Breathe deeply and on the exhalation see the bubble float into the love (you may want to see arms or hands) of the Divine of all that is.
  • State clearly your intention (In your own words): I AM letting this go. I hand it over to you, Beloved. Thank you.
  • You may want to repeat this practice daily, especially when you feel burdened. (Also right before falling asleep.)

“Some people believe holding on and hanging in there are signs of great strength. However, there are times when it takes much more strength to know when to let go and then do it.”  Ann Landers

Over to you: I would love to hear from you in the comment section.

Are you in a situation that you need to let go of and turn over to Divine?

What happens when you do let go and turn it over?

Thank you for being here with me.

I appreciate YOU!!

In love and gratitude,

Gloria
